Dish Soap At A Birthday Party

Almond Pastilla


1-2 large leaves Yufka
canola oil for frying
blanched almonds 100 gr and deducted
2 tablespoons powdered sugar 2 tsp cinnamon
¼ liter milk
sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla (homemade) can
5 egg yolks 125 gr sugar


fry the almonds in a little golden yellow canola oil, remove and drain on paper towels. Then chop coarsely. The icing sugar with the cinnamon and roll the almond pieces in it well.

To serve:

sprinkle the almond slices around it.

The plate can also be dusted with powdered sugar before that, and cinnamon.

preparation:
The almond slices and vanilla cream can be completely prepared a day earlier. The Yufka circuits, only a few hours before frying. The dessert should only be done just before serving.
