In my garden there are not that long frames. When I took him, though some mighty clumps suede and smooth leaf aster growing in it, but unfortunately, without exception, were full of mildew in each year. One day I had enough and they've given away. Later I learned that very many of the old varieties to be sensitive to mildew.
The pretty flowers rays the asters, but I liked and I've always admired in many gardens. Meanwhile, I think that the autumn garden without the asters but something is missing and so put into effect by and by some in to me. . First, asters and cushion in the spring I also planted two more high Raublattastern and until now they are even free of mildew :-)
This is one of them - Aster novae-angliae 'Barr's Blue'
Here we see again the beautiful semi-double flowers of this species.
:
The second type is called 'memory of Paul Gerber' with crimson flowers. The color is shown in the photo, unfortunately, somewhat distorted. I will have to replant the switch in the spring again, because their color next to it biting the Rose 'Rosarium Uetersen' too much. :

On the following photos my pillow star can be seen, all of which are nameless. I bought some flowering in the GC, other than get cutting. I love them all ...:-)
Whether this switch to the Cushion Aster counts, I do not know for sure. It grows taller than the other varieties and is very cumbersome. By the constant rain in recent times it has partially set out.
All switches are insect magnets, and now in the fall as a food source is very important.
The legend here so graphically over the wall switch is a mountain or Kalkaster (Aster amellus) and that would not have happened if I had it based on time . I forget, unfortunately all too often. But now it is too late and it looks nice but also like it. ;-)

I wanted to upload these photos and post a few days ago. Unfortunately, Blogger was probably a problem because there was nothing. I've read that it also happened to other Sun Did you have these problems when commenting? Even that was probably luck. I've really lost interest when some of my comments then were suddenly gone and I have decided to stay only a couple of days. Now it seems to be working so lucky again. Finally - this is indeed
