hairdressers, barbers and so far!

As already mentioned a few times, a hairdresser in Japan / South East Asia is somewhat different than in Germany. And as for me right now not so much going on and no greater Trip pending, I thought I report once on this topic daily.

In the Kanto region 关 东 around 东京 Tokyo, there is often little better hairdressers. Here, men can get their hair already for 10 € in order, and there are "up" of course no limit ! So I'm at "my" hairdresser in 草 加 Soka in Saitama 埼 玉 for "wash, cut, put" shave and a good 1400 yen, paid about 11 €. Wherein the washing with shampoo has cost 2 euros extra. In
Kyoto 京都 however, require the hairdressers, unfortunately, much more for their skills. On average ( haha ) it starts at 2000 yen, about 17 €. And here is no upper limit seen. One of the reasons I was in Hong Kong the hairdresser. Said was more expensive even when standing on the price tag, naja , Touri - impacting halt ...
Since this is already something here and the summer in Japan is now fully arrived, I thought, Top around little less would definitely do well! any case, it should be a great trip, so there was a large tour group. Collection includes Jenny, Katja, Henning, André to Japa, Yuumi (Ex-Ausstauschstudentin and Okinawa woman) and myself.

So we came in and it was humid. hot and raining!

But we were invited to eat Yuumis parents barbecue and all sorts of other goodies and there was the rain only once no matter. It was delicious and was the perfect setting to get used to everything (air, the people, the liquor, etc.).

The first night we spent einwenig still divided. Jenny, Katja, Henning and I slept in the Hotel Nikko. This also had a 温泉 onsen (Japanese bath) and breakfast buffet, so we could go quite relaxed the next day.

For dinner there was a series of freshly caught Fish! Starting from 刺身 sashimi (raw fish, but not sushi ...) followed by grilled fish in a wonderful sauce and to finish fried fish which was still inside so juicy that it was pure madness! MHM!

For breakfast, there was homemade jam and homemade bread! How it tasted? TRAUMHAFT! ;-)

Strengthened by this breakfast, we went out to sea for diving / snorkeling! We met Nemo, Dori and Co! Was incredibly spectacular! (The photos are below but ausm aquarium ...)

Why are we there yet time away? No idea, at least we took after lunch (Okinawaudon) the ferry back to the main island. There we should return in the Moon Beach Hotel and this hotel had pretty much everything you could wish for!

The part was hell, that we have taken all pretty nasty sunburn and so could not really enjoy it all ... Well, the coin has just always 2 sides ...

it has been worth it and was a lot of fun! Thanks to all, I'll still think of the long holiday! Thanks primarily to Yuumi and the family, you have done this be an unforgettable holiday!

In Hong Kong, we were greeted by Ricky, who brought us to the hotel. (In Hong Kong have many English names because of the colonial past)

The hotel was a 19-storey 3 *** hotel and we have spent the night in the 18th floor! The hotel was in the north of the city and so we had a great view, but unfortunately 18 floors were not for me soo high that we would have everyone else can ignore ...
Still, it was spectacular!

And so it should go the next day on! For the morning at 8 we should meet in the lobby with Candy and our Japanese tour group (naklar!) together! We drove at least initially by bus to downtown and continued from there with the star fairy about to "correct" Hong Kong. There where, currently, the tallest building in Hong Kong is. There we visited a temple and then took a ride on the longest escalator in the world! Then a boat in the marina and then lunch at a Chinese restaurant. After that was unfortunately a sort of loose coffee ride and we were out in special shops for jewelry and silk to Yet. Unfortunately for those who want something for there was no place in our budget! We would rather have the dollars spent in the street markets and probably always paid too much! Actually, the original price was not soo already high, but who was then also to negotiate! Well, I've bought and paid for a picture instead of just 110HK 160HK $ $, but they were probably still $ 30 too much! (~ 10HK $ -= 1 Euro)

We have then lowered down by 15 clock of the group, because the program was over. But we wanted to experience a 20 clock, the laser show in the city! So what do the remaining 5 hours? So, the good news first, are all good again landed in Germany! ;-)

slowly as it was serious that I go to Japan, my parents and Claudia + Katrina (a friend of the family) is considering to come visit me in Japan. To One to see me again to see, on the other how I live as this handle and come.

So it was then that I had to drive it with the hated night bus to Tokyo to meet her! Since my boss but said I could take my time, if my parents are there, I was able to arrive earlier and was not done quite so! But the others were pretty in the bucket! But they have a good fight and so we have the first day to be used loosely roll up! That is just a little look and Asakusa Temple in Ueno Park stroll. In the evening there was a 12-course dinner with Japanese delicacies and there was something there and so was the fear of starvation and taken ever!

I ease the strain on my boss but did not, then I started again in the night bus on the way back to Kyoto. In the following days was a great program for the Berliners. (Maybe there's someone offers a was a guest blogger on ...?!?!)

All in all, it was unfortunately a little bit of time, but that all had a wonderful stay with many impressions! Fall in love or so they could, I do not think everyone in the country, but they were here or not? But now they have an idea of what I here so most of my life and I already speak Japanese einwenig ... Preparation H For Undereye Circle

Easter!!

We had Christmas in Japan. And now Easter. However, unlike Christmas, where I was reminded by street lighting and special sales because it was Easter with more of a coincidence that I have been thinking ...

Mama Had not told me a few days before, that's Easter soon, I would have completely forgot! Because in Japan has nothing to Easter can remember! It would have been with the hare and gifts enough potential for the Japanese (because what else is going on is always interested in the least)!

So it was then for me a totally unchristian Easter. For although I have on Good Friday (probably) ate no meat had to do with Christian otherwise traditions. Furthermore, I also reached no Easter Post (no offense, just observation and information).

On Saturday I spent the whole day in the city en route to one of the last opportunities to see cherry blossoms to use. And I have traveled about 12 miles and noticed how diverse the city is! Because if you do not just take the bus from a rush attraction to the next, then there is a lot to discover! So I turned down a small side street and thought I was in Japan in the 19th century .! It was so quiet and the houses were surrounded by old walls and everything was very traditional! But two blocks away, then it was already over with the rest, for there was another bus stop and therefore a Touriauflauf ! ;-)

the Easter Sunday I spent with a very Japanese tradition, 花 见 Hanami . As you may know from film of the same, people meet for the cherry blossom season and sits in groups under one of the many cherry trees and leaves and unwind. Usually it is also alcohol "enjoyed", but gave it to my Hanami only tea and water, which was better, because it was over 25 degrees!

On evening I was eating with some Kyoto, that was my Easter weekend ! ;-)
